FHA Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Rates

FHA Fannie and Freddie Mac rates are up with the treasuries moving up to 3.80%.

Refinances for apartments and healthcare properties is now in the low 6% range.

New construction FHA rates are now in the mid 7% range.
